
Sue has 20 years experience in management human resources and tourism having worked for large, medium and small businesses in both the private and public sectors and as an independent consultant. She has a broad background that traverses strategic planning, policy development, strategic Human Resource Leadership, change management, significant organisational development projects, event management, employee and executive development, remuneration and reward planning, recruitment, learning and development, process analysis and documentation. Sue has held executive management positions in Westpac, ACC, and Unisys.
As a KPMG Culture Auditor and an HR Auditor, Sue has been called upon to assist organisations to critique the strengths and weaknesses of their human resource practices. Sue has practical experience in coaching managers and mentoring emerging talent. Sue is an experienced facilitator.
