Rob is an experienced leader with a diverse commercial background. Having worked in more than one industry abroad and within New Zealand both in public and private company structures, he offers a broad perspective on matters affecting business performance.

His core strengths are in tourism and property development, financial management, strategic leadership, operational excellence, relationship management and negotiation. Rob has held executive positions in Millbrook Resort, Terrace Downs Country Resort, Caboose Taupo Hotel, Unisys, Datapoint and Sun. He is adept at leading large teams with diverse expertise in 24/7 operating environments. Rob has a Diploma in management, and a partial Diploma in electronics and computer technology and chemical engineering. He is a Graduate of the Strategic Leadership Programme.
